In 1997 he joined Mandrake Management Consultants where he led the growth of their Internet & Emerging Technology practice in executive search and M&A. In 2001 he left to co-found IQ Partners Inc., an executive search + career management firm specializing in 'connecting smart people & great companies'.

Dmitry Buterin - Bonasource

Bonasource Inc. Dmitry began his career as a bank software engineer. From there he joined the consulting division of Arthur Andersen in Moscow, where he quickly progressed into a management position and oversaw large-scale IT projects.
In 2000 he has co-founded Bonasource Inc., a usability consulting and custom web applications development company. Dmitry is very passionate about usability and writes a blog on usability of web applications, www.usability.ca.

In her current role, Mirabel markets the websites attached to Canada's leading magazine brands, including Chatelaine.com, Macleans.ca, Flare.com, Canadianbusiness.com, and Todaysparent.com. With more than ten years of Interactive marketing experience, Mirabel possesses a wealth of knowledge and best practices, and is a recognized leader in this field in Canada.
Previously at Rogers Publishing, Mirabel led the Todaysparent.com website as General Manager. She led the complete redesign of the site, both front and back end, and the launch of numerous innovative tools and new content offerings. Under her tenure, site traffic tripled and advertising revenues doubled.
Mirabel’s prior role was Director of Brand Marketing and Integration at Chatelaine and Chatelaine.com, where she marketed the brand to consumers via advertising, sponsorship, media relations activities and co-branded marketing programs. The integration part of the role involved integrating the Web site and the magazine into a seamless brand experience for the consumer, plus integration on an internal basis, bringing all departments’ activities together around core brand activities in the magazine and online.

He has worked with leading Canadian organizations in developing e-business and online communication strategies, implementing online marketing programs, building informational and transactional websites and integrating interactive tools and technologies.
Cam is currently the General Manger of Fjord, responsible for delivery of interactive services to clients including General Mills, Bell, BMO, Saturn, Saab, McDonalds and Coke. Prior to joining Fjord, Cam co-founded Organic Online Canada Inc. and led its e-business strategy consulting practice focusing on the telecommunications and financial services industries. Before Organic, Cam was VP of Client Services for Vickers & Benson Interactive.
Sandra Singer - Canadian Marketing Association

As Senior Director of Councils and Research at the Canadian Marketing Association, Sandra Singer has more than 15 years of experience in the not-for-profit sector, most of which has been in the capacity of association management. In her current role, Sandra is responsible for the operation of CMA's Marketing Councils; teams of senior-level marketers that steer the Association in bringing marketing intelligence to members and the marketing community, across the broad spectrum of marketing-related functions. Sandra's main areas of expertise include project and relationship management, and product development.
Prior to joining CMA, Sandra held the position of Vice President, Member Services and Communications with the Canadian Federation of Independent Grocers, managing and developing award programs highlighting the significance of the grocery sector.
Sandra has worked and volunteered with a number of charitable organizations in a fundraising capacity that includes the United Way of Greater Toronto, Canadian Cancer Society, Ontario March of Dimes, and The Hincks Centre for Children's Mental Health. Sandra holds an undergraduate degree from York University.
